This policy explains what information North Social Agency ("we", "us") collects through northsocialagency.com and how it is used. We keep this deliberately short, because we deliberately collect very little.

North Social Agency is an independent creator partnerships agency for gaming and technology. You can reach us at any time at contact@northsocialagency.com.

• Contact inquiries. When you use the contact form, your message is handed to your own email application and sent to us by email. We receive your name, email address and the content of your message. Our email provider processes this email on our behalf.
• Local storage. The site stores a single preference in your browser's local storage to remember that you accepted the cookie notice. This is not a tracking cookie and it is not shared with anyone.
• Server logs. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data (for example IP address, browser type and time of request) in security and availability logs.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on this website.

3. How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential partnership;
• To communicate about deals you have asked us to mediate;
• To keep the website secure and available.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting collaboration, after which they are deleted when no longer required. The local-storage preference stays in your browser until you clear it.

5. Sharing

We only share personal information with service providers strictly necessary to operate — currently our email and website hosting providers — and, where a specific deal requires it, with the brand or creator you are working with and have been told about in advance. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. 7. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age at which consent is required in their jurisdiction.

If we change this policy, we will update the "last updated" date above and publish the new version on this page.
